　　2、金色、銀色可以與任何顔色相配襯。金色不包括黃色，銀色不包括灰白色。

大陸新娘-娶大陸新娘卻不公平對待是作孽

　　國親聯盟昨天提出的婦女政策白越南新娘皮書中，主張基于人道精神，應該公平對待外籍和大陸配偶等“新移民女性”；國民黨主席連戰強調，大陸新娘也是“台灣之子的母親”，親民黨主席宋楚瑜說，台灣人把外籍或大陸新娘娶來，不給予公平待遇是“作孽”，而作孽的代價將由我們的子孫共同承擔。

　　連宋兩人表示，越來越多來自東南亞的外籍女性與大陸新娘，嫁給了多屬弱勢族群的
台灣男性，但當局卻以偏見與歧視的眼光和安全的理由，以不合理規定處處限制她們居留與任務，嚴重剝奪這些“新移民女性”的基本人權。

　　宋楚瑜以“作孽”兩字體容台灣人娶來外籍與大陸新娘卻無法公平對待她們的現象。宋楚瑜說，台灣社會沒有以人道的方式，照顧外籍與大陸新娘所生的嬰兒，使得這些“台灣之子”出生後，面對的是不健全的家庭，以及不被社會接納的母親，這些小孩會因而産生認同問題，並衍生偏差行爲，社會更將爲此付出極大的工本。

　　國親兩黨昨天晚間指責台聯黨假愛台灣之名，以杯葛兩岸條例的治政手段騙取選票，對不起迎娶大陸新娘的較弱勢族群。

　　近日，有外國媒體票選出最奇特咖啡機的咖啡，竟然有5款咖啡是從亞洲國家誕生的，看來咖啡跟壽司一樣，只要離開了故鄉就會大變樣。如果你覺得咖啡因提神已經不起作用，不如試一下這些讓你意想不到的重口味咖啡。

　　一、印尼|麝香貓咖啡(Kopi luwak)

　　亮點：由印尼椰子貓的糞便作爲原料

　　麝香貓咖啡（Kopi Luwak）， Kopi（印尼語，咖啡），Luwak 是印尼人指一種俗稱“麝香貓”的樹棲野生動物。麝香貓咖啡是世界上最貴的咖啡之一。

　　越 南是世界第二大咖啡出口國，黑咖啡是當地人每天必喝的飲品。但是你萬萬沒想到在這個咖啡大國，竟然會出現非傳統的咖啡——雞蛋咖啡。將煉乳和蛋黃加在一起 攪拌到濃稠的程度，最後再把黑咖啡倒入，據說喝起來鬆餅機就像咖啡口味的卡士達醬(奶黃)。這樣的喝法在越南河內地區特別盛行。

三、新加坡|牛油咖啡

　　亮點：促進體重減輕

五、台灣|海鹽咖啡(Sea Salt Coffee)

　　亮點：在奶泡上撒鹽

　　海岩咖啡是從卡布奇諾裏衍生出來的，最起初是台灣某家咖啡店獨創口味咖啡。 制作方式幾乎與卡布奇諾相同。一般的卡布奇諾?在意大利特濃咖啡的基礎上，加一層厚厚的起沫的牛奶，就成了卡布奇諾。而海岩咖啡是在攪拌牛奶裏加入適量的海岩打成牛奶泡沫，再加在意大利特濃咖啡上面。一杯海岩咖啡就完成了。

　　海岩咖啡有著獨特的喝法。不加攪拌，開始是海岩泡沫的鹹味，感覺很特別，然後喝到熱咖啡，最後感覺出咖啡原味，有著三種不同的口感。

　　六、芬蘭|芝士咖啡

　　亮點：暖胃！

　　如果覺得雞蛋咖啡的口味還是有點清淡，不如試一下來自芬蘭的芝士咖啡。將圓餅狀約3公分厚的芝士稍微火烤至表面有點燒焦的程度，切成可以入口的大小再放入杯中，接著沖入黑咖啡就大功告成了。

二、忌食辛辣等刺激性食物

三、忌服用人參

因此，新媽咪在分娩後的兩個星期以內，不宜再服用人參，分娩兩周以後，惡露基本已經排出幹淨，而新媽媽的傷口已經愈合，此時服點人參，有助于新媽媽的體力恢複。但也不可服用過多。人參屬熱，會導致新媽媽上火或引起嬰兒食熱。新媽媽食用多種多樣的食物，來補充營養是最好的辦法。

四、忌食過鹹食物

在産後，女性的身體依然存在很多在懷孕期間積聚下來的多余的水分。如果産後食物含鹽較多，就會加重産婦體內水鈉潴溜的情況，易造成浮腫，甚至誘發高血壓病。但也不可忌鹽，因産後尿多、汗多，排出鹽分也增多，需要補充一定量的鹽。

五、忌吃味精

新媽咪應忌吃大量的味精，味精會通過母乳傳給小寶貝，味精中的谷氨酸鈉有可能會導致小寶貝缺鋅。一般而言，成人吃味精是有益無害的，而嬰兒，特別是12周內的嬰兒，如果哺乳期間的媽媽在攝入高蛋白飲食的同時，又食用過量味精，則不利。因爲味精內的谷氨酸鈉就會通過乳汁進入嬰兒體內。

六、忌吃巧克力

巧克力可以預防産後抑郁，但是産婦還是少吃巧克力爲妙。巧克力含有大量的糖分，但是其他營養元素卻是不足的，大量食用會導致産婦發胖。研究還證實，如果過多食用巧克力，對哺乳嬰兒的發育會産生不良的影響。這是因爲巧克力所含的可可堿，會滲汐止月子中心入母乳並在嬰兒體內蓄積，能損傷神經系統和心髒，並使肌肉松弛，排尿量增加，結果會使嬰兒消化不良、哭鬧不停、睡眠不穩。

七、忌吃紅糖

新媽咪千萬不要以爲紅糖有很多益處，就一直猛吃，認爲越多越好，這樣做是不對的。因爲過多飲用紅糖水，不僅會損壞新媽媽的牙齒，而且紅糖性溫，如果新媽媽在夏季過多喝了紅糖水，必定加速出汗，使身體更加虛弱，甚至中暑。此外，喝紅糖水時應煮開後飲用，不要用開水一沖即用，因爲紅糖在貯藏、運輸等過程中，容易産生細菌，有可能引發疾病

高雄火鍋-自制麻辣火鍋底料

　　第一步：炒制基礎底料高雄麻辣鍋 　　幹辣椒節2000克、郫縣豆瓣400克、生姜200克、獨蒜500克、花椒400克、八角60克、三柰20克、小茴50克、桂皮30克、草果20克、高雄火鍋香葉10克、公丁香5克、荜撥10克、化豬油500克、生菜油5500克

　　1、幹辣椒節入沸水鍋中氽一水高雄美食推薦後，撈出瀝水，放入攪拌器內絞茸，制成糍粑辣椒；郫縣豆瓣剁細；生姜拍破；八角、桂皮掰碎；草果拍破；生菜油煉熟後晾涼

　　2、大炒鍋置火上，注入熟菜油和化豬油燒熱，投入生姜塊、獨蒜爆香，下入糍粑辣椒和郫縣豆瓣茸，轉小火用鍋鏟翻炒約1。5小時至水氣將幹時，再下入八角、三柰、小茴、桂皮、草果、香葉、公丁香、荜撥等，續炒約半小時，至香味溢出且色呈棕紅時，下入花椒炒勻，離火加蓋焖制，自然冷卻後即成無渣紅湯火鍋基礎底料

　　小貼士

　　1高雄麻辣火鍋、基郫縣豆瓣的用量宜少，以不超過幹辣椒的20%爲宜

　　2、加入化豬油可增加脂香味，但用量不宜過多

　　3、炒制底料時一定要用小火，油溫應保持在三成熱

　　4、炒制時須用鍋鏟不停地鏟動鍋底，以免粘鍋。香料下鍋後炒出香味即可

　　第三步：調制鍋底

　　1、將基礎底料和煉好的牛油按4:1的比例制成混合高雄酸菜白肉鍋料，再將混合料和高湯按6:4的比例裝入不鏽鋼桶中，放入拍破的胡椒，加蓋以小火熬約1～2小時

　　2、調入精鹽、味精、雞精、冰糖、醪糟汁，用細漏勺打去料渣，舀入火鍋盆內，即成鍋底

　　小貼士

　　在混合料中加入少許化雞油，可以使其更香。

　　如何煉制牛油？

　　選用新鮮無異味的牛油，洗淨後切成小塊，放入淨鍋中，摻入適量的清水，投入大蒜和姜塊(拍破)，倒入料酒，上火熬至水分幹且香味溢出時轉小火，繼續熬至全部出油後，打去渣子，即可。

　　若選用市場上制好的牛油，可先將牛油放入沸水鍋中融化後，倒入料酒，上火熬制片刻，除去異味，濾淨雜質，再將表面油脂，放入另一口鍋中，加入姜塊和大蒜，上火熬至水分幹時，揀去姜蒜，即得純淨牛油。

　　小貼士

　　煉制牛油要掌握好火候。牛油煉老了會沒有香味，牛油煉得太嫩則牛油味太濃，並且還會使火鍋鍋底産生很多泡沫。另外，在調制鍋底之前，煉好的牛油不能與基礎底料混和在一起，應分開保存，牛油與菜油的熔點不同，兩者混和，冷卻凝固後的牛油不利于香料的香味與油脂充分融合。

　　如何給鍋底添加紅湯？

　　當火鍋涮燙到一段時間後，鍋中的油脂和湯料會逐漸減少，這時就需要向火鍋盆中添加湯汁了。最好是添加單獨熬制的紅湯。將制成的混合料和高湯按4：6的比例，像熬制鍋底那樣熬制紅湯，濾料渣後即可向鍋中添加。

玻璃陶瓷原料-潔淨鋼冶煉用耐火材料

耐火材料對潔淨鋼的生産有著耐火材料重要影響，特別是在鐵水預處理、二次精煉、中間包以及連鑄過程中。這是因爲在冶煉過程中，在高溫鋼水中的溶解增加鋼中相關元素的含量，或與熔鋼中的元素特別是非鐵元素反應形成非金屬夾雜，以及耐火材料的熔損造成的非金屬夾雜都會對鋼水潔淨度造成一定影響。耐火材料對鋼水的汙染不僅會影響鋼水成分，而且會對鋼材質量性能造成重要影響。所以潔淨鋼冶煉用耐火材料不僅要有較高的抗熱沖擊性、抗侵蝕性，更重要的是對鋼水的無汙染或低汙染性，甚至對鋼液具有淨化及減少無機非金屬夾雜的作用。

1 潔淨鋼生産用耐火材料的選擇依據

　　從熱力學上講，高溫氧化物與鋼水存在一平衡氧含量（氧勢），耐火材料在熔鋼中平衡氧含量的大小對鋼水潔淨度有重要影響，因爲氧含量高易造成鋼水增氧從而形成非金屬夾雜物。通過計算不同氧化物對鋼水增氧的趨勢，認爲耐火氧化物和複合耐火氧化物對鋼水的增氧作用由大到小的順序分別爲Cr2O3>SiO2>Al2O3>MgO>ZrO2>CaO和MgO。Cr2O3>ZrO2。SiO2> 3Al2O3。2SiO2>2MgO。SiO2>2CaO。SiO2>MgO。Al2O3>CaO。Al2O3。所以在冶煉氧含量低的鋼種時，適宜選用氧化鎂質、氧化锆質、氧化鈣質或者尖晶石質等耐火材料。鋼水增硫與所使用的耐火氧化物及複合氧化物在鋼水中的平衡氧勢高低有關，它與耐火氧化物在熔鋼中氧勢大小具有類似的規律，堿性氧化物耐火材料有利于鋼水的脫硫。鋼水手工皂材料脫磷也與堿性耐火材料密切相關，特別是與CaO和MgO。一般的耐火材料中磷含量很少，而采用磷酸鹽作爲結合劑MgO質耐火材料中要含一定量CaO，可以抑制向鋼水中增磷。另外，在澆鑄對磷含量要求較低的鋼種時，中間包工作襯最好不要采用磷酸鹽作結合劑的耐火材料。在冶煉過程中，耐火材料中的水分或結合劑會造成鋼水增氫的危險，造成氫脆現象。1600℃時碳在鐵液中的溶解度爲5。41%，在冶煉低碳鋼或超低碳鋼時含碳耐火材料中的碳極易溶解到鋼液中，造成鋼水的增碳，所以冶煉這類鋼種時要特別注意含玻璃陶瓷原料碳耐火材料的使用。

　　耐火材料的種類也會對鋼水中夾雜物的種類和形態産生一定的影響，使用鋁鎂(碳)質耐火材料時主要是矽鋁酸鹽夾雜，MgO質耐火材料時的夾雜物是鎂橄榄石複合氧化物，鎂鈣(碳)質耐火材料夾雜物基體爲CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-FeO系。通過調整冶金容器工作襯所用的耐火材料，可改變鋼水中夾雜物的形態和結構，有利于潔淨鋼的冶煉。用不同組成的鎂鋁質澆注料作爲爐襯對82B鋼進行精煉，研究了不同的爐襯對鋼中夾雜的影響，結果化工原料表明：采用富鋁的鎂鋁質爐襯精煉後的鋼中夾雜物是以SiO2爲主的SiO2-Al2O3系夾雜，夾雜物尺寸大、硬度高；采用富鎂的鎂鋁質爐襯精煉後，鋼中夾雜是以鎂鈣的矽鋁酸鹽爲主的SiO2-MgO-CaO系複合夾雜，夾雜尺寸小、硬度低、塑性好。相比之下，富鎂的鎂鋁質爐襯有利于潔淨鋼的冶煉。

外勞申請-技術外勞 予一次退休金

為因應明年工作人口變遷，行政院將人力仲介以補充藍領技術人力等五路並進，補足我人力缺口。其中藍領技術人力除修法將年限從12年延至15年，並給一次退休金外，針對產業缺口且符一定條件外勞，將用配額評點制度，給予特殊聘僱許可延長留台工作。

行政院會昨（5）日聽取國發會報告。院長毛治國表示，政府已針對15～64歲工作年齡人口明年起年減18萬人等人口結構問題掃瞄。

國外勞申請發會提出提升勞參率及廣納人才等兩大主軸，規劃提高中高齡勞動參與、強化青年多元就業、強化競才留才、吸引國際青年人才、補充藍領技術人力等五大具體作法，解快日益嚴峻人口問題。

毛揆指示，台灣目前必須嚴肅面對「移民問題」，將來必須認真思考如何吸引其他外來移民，包含不給國籍，只給工作權的「補充人力」，及真人力仲介公司正的移民兩類。

毛揆並表示，提升勞參率和廣納人口政策施行後，若工作人力仍不足，除了人力供給面配套外，也要從產業需求面討論，將勞力密集各式產業升級、轉型，推動製造業高速自動化等，將需求面壓低，維持供需平衡。

在補充藍領技術人力方面，勞動部已研議修改就業服務法，延長技外勞仲介術人力的藍領外勞累計在台年限由12年放寬至15年。同時勞動部也擬配套就勞保條例修正檢討，增訂外籍勞工之退休給付領取一次金。

此外，擬仿新加坡「中階技術工作者制度」（S Pass），配合產業勞動力缺口，在台已達一定工作年限，符合一定資格條件者，以配額評點制度，予特殊聘僱許可。

國發會副主委高仙桂表示，由於修法較費時，在修法的同時，會設計以配額評點制度，屆時當技術人力累積在台快12年時，就可啟動這項機制，由企業提出申請。

廣納人才方面，高仙桂說，行政院成立「競才策略推動小組」，由國發會主委杜紫軍召集人，針對新加坡爭搶國際人才設立「Contact Singapore」單一平台，國發會構想設立「Link Taiwan」 ，進行海外人才延攬。

O型環-密封墊圈的特點與總結及選用

1、密封墊的透露景象防水密封圈　　正常墊片的透露景象有四種內容：界面透露、浸透透露、放散透露、毀壞透露。

　　界面透露：界面因爲墊片壓緊不夠、法蘭聯合面晶亮度不當、法蘭變形等均會在密封界面上産生透露。關于界面世漏，采納軟墊料夾緊在法蘭面中可防。

　　浸透透露：因爲軟資料的材質大都是纖維，輕易被介質浸適，尤其是壓力作用。因爲毛細景象，介質會浸透到工業氣壓側來，構成浸透。

　　放散透露：在深淺差的激發下，介質經過密封間隙或密封資料的毛細血管産生的物質傳送而産生透露。放散是分子靜止的後果，且不是單向的。在密封壓差極小或真空狀態，或密封氮、氫等浸透性物質，以及劇毒、噴射性物質時要尤其留神浸透和放散兩種透露。

　　毀壞透露：在密封部位作業條件比擬頑劣，熱變形大，時常受振動、沖鋒陷陣，裝置不當，緊固力過大，反複屢次運用，壓縮變形，內O型環應力集中，勝于疲勞強度而毀壞，資料老化、變質等均會造成毀壞透露。這種透露造成橡膠迫緊零件莫須有最大，爲害也大，要增強提防。

2、密封墊密封機理

　　密封墊的作用，是由密封資料關于接合名義的接觸壓力和關于緊固外力的彈性回複力所獨特構成的對外部介質阻斷作用而産生的。

3、密封墊的總結與構造內容

　　密封墊分爲非非金屬密封墊非非金屬與非金屬組合密封墊和非金屬密封墊三大類，其資料常見的有橡膠、毛皮、石棉板、栓皮、聚四氟乙烯、馬口鐵、鋼、鋁、銅及不鏽鋼等。

4、密封墊的選用

　　密封墊的選用准則：依據作業壓力，作業熱度，密封介質的侵矽橡膠墊圈蝕性及聯合密書皮的內容來選用。正常來說，在常溫工業氣壓時，選用非非金屬軟蜜密封墊；中拔高溫時，選用非金屬與非非金屬組合密封墊或非金屬密封墊；在熱度，壓力有較大的穩定時，選用彈性好的或自緊式密封墊；在高溫，侵蝕性介質或真空條件下，應思忖存在非凡性能的密封墊。

　　法蘭內容的莫須有：法蘭內容相反，務求運用的墊片也相反。潤滑面法蘭正常只用來工業氣壓，配軟質的薄密封墊；在低壓下，那末法蘭的強度剩余，也能夠用潤滑面法蘭，但無須用厚軟質墊，或者用帶內增橡膠製品強環或增強環的纏繞密封墊。在這種場合，非金屬墊片也不實用，所以那時務求的壓緊力過大，招致螺栓較大的變形，使法蘭不易封嚴。那末要用非金屬墊片，則應將潤滑面放大，使其與墊片的平行面積減小。那樣，在螺栓張力相反的狀況下，放大後的窄潤滑面的壓緊應力就會增大。

　　長期以來，電機修理人員只注重塑膠軸承電氣部分（主要是繞組）的工藝，忽略機械部分（主要是滾動軸承）的安裝工藝。

　　這幾年，市場上的劣質滾動軸承不斷增多，導致機械部分故障明顯偏多。機械部分的故障修理主要是更換安裝滾動軸承。傳統的電機教科書上，介紹用鐵錘擊打鐵棒沖擊滾動軸承內套來安裝，在實際的操作中，這種工藝費工、費力，很容易傷到修理人員，常將滾動軸承損壞、損傷。由于軸承內套受到的沖擊力是不均勻的，常將內套沖碎或變形，使內、外套之間的滾珠、滾柱加快磨損，軸承會過早損壞，造成電機掃膛，陶瓷軸承也常將全密封、半密封的潤滑脂擋圈沖掉或變形（目前電機以安裝使用全密封滾動軸承爲主）。軸承在工作時，潤滑脂受到壓力、溫度的作用，會外溢到繞組上，尤其在高速、重載，高溫等條件下最爲明顯，這些隱患，最終因掃膛或繞組過髒而燒毀電機，既影響生産生活，又會造成經濟損失。所以滾動軸承的安裝不容忽視，必須提高滾動軸承的安裝工藝。

　　電機所用的滾動軸承分全密封型、半密封型和非密封型，以使用全密封軸承爲主。在電動工具電機上，常用：608、629、200、201、202、203等型號；在家用微電機上，常用：608、629、200、201、202、203、204、205等型號；在汽車電機上，常用：201、202、203、204、303、304等型號；在單、三相中小型電機上，常用：203、204、205、208、303、304、305、306、308、309等型號。筆者車制加工的“軸承沖筒”（專用工具）外形見培林圖1所示。加工尺寸見表1所示。在安裝軸承時，可在內套上塗上一層薄薄的潤滑脂，用鐵錘擊打軸承沖筒的非開口端，軸承沖筒的端面與軸承內套的端面接觸面積大，受力均勻，這樣安裝省工省力，對操作者又安全，更不會損壞、損傷軸承。經幾年的實際使用，可提高工效數倍，保證了軸承、電機的使用壽命。

　　1、根據施工需要，電焊機宜按TIG焊機 區域或焊接護具標高層集中設置，並應編CO2焊機號。

　　2、布置在室外的電焊機應設置在幹燥場所，並應設棚引擎電焊機遮蔽。

　　3、電焊機的外殼應可靠接地，不得多台串半自動電焊機聯接地。

　　4、電焊機各線卷對電焊機外殼的熱態絕緣電阻值不得點焊機小于0。4MΩ。

　　5、電焊機的裸露導電部分和轉動部分應裝安全保護罩。直流電焊機的調節器被拆下後，機殼上露出的孔洞應加設保護罩。

　　6、電焊機一次側的電源線必須絕緣良好，不得隨地拖拉，其長度不宜大于5m。

　　7、電焊機的電源開關應單獨設置。直流電焊機的電源應采用啓動器控制。

　　8、電氬焊機焊把鉗絕緣必須良電離子焊接機好。

　　9、電焊機二次側引出線宜采用橡皮絕緣銅芯軟電纜，其長度不宜大于30m。
